After 6 p.m. weekdays, on Saturday p.m. and Sundays, an additional £5 is added to the fee.
If we do not have a direct payment arrangement with your insurance company, we ask you to pay at each visit and then put in a claim with your insurance company.
We accept cheques, cash and credit cards. Please note that we will charge for missed appointments or last minute cancellations.
Private Medical Insurance
Most private medical insurance policies will cover the cost of physiotherapy and some will cover acupuncture only treatment where it is provided by a physiotherapist who is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council, is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and, in the case of acupuncture, the British Medical Acupuncture Society or a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists . Janine Jones is a member of all these organisations.
To find out about the conditions of your particular medical insurance plan, please contact your insurance company. In most cases you are required to obtain prior permission for treatment from your GP or consultant and in most cases the doctors are pleased to give their consent.
If claiming through a health insurance scheme, please note that the contract is between the patient and physiotherapist and not with the insurance company.
